    I find this line to be the most interesting of the release:

    "The opportunities that have opened in the butter and cream markets for biodynamic-organic will accelerate Longtable’s plans for nutritional milk powder development using the skim milk created as a by-product."

    Many here have been critical of Longtable in regards to the whole China and milk powder thing. I recall someone saying why don't they just pay someone else to produce the milk powder like Bellamys does. Well ... in the above paragraph, Longtable is saying that the increased production of butters and creams will have the side effect of producing significantly more byproduct, specifically skim milk, that can be used to produce milk powders. My point is, there has to be significant cost/synergies reclaim benefits in using your own byproducts to produce a significant new product like nutritional milk powders rather than pay someone else to produce them for you. Especially when that milk powder will be a first-to-market biodynamic organic product.
