Ann: Paradigm (PAR) Updated Investor Presentation, page-22

Hi Paradigmers,

First of all, great fan of this company - but I have a few questions that I’m hoping someone has the answer to. I have been wondering how Paradigm stumbled across PPS as an effective use to treat BMEL OA seeing its been around for 60+ years (and no-one else hadn’t). For me.- understanding this will give me a great level of comfort...

From my understanding Prof Peter Ghosh and Paul Rennie were workmates at Mesoblast a few years back. There is a paper from 2010 co-authored by Prof Ghosh entitled along the lines of “PPS promotes proliferation of adult human bone marrow derived MPC cells”. So I’m guessing in the labs of Mesoblast they were fooling around with PPS as an adjunct to their MPC patent cell research and a few of them made the call that PPS won the day and walked away from stem cells to pursue PPS. Thoughts?

Also - what happened to Prof Peter Ghosh? In the PAR prospectus he was listed as CSO for Paradigm but for the life of me I can’t find where he is now - if its your typical corporate beer-hall putsch style executive purge - I’ll be fine with it - I just want to know.
