Well, that's great. Nice to be invested in a company that's doing something that's materially improving people's lives. The government doesn't hand out money unless it's pretty damned sure of the efficacy of its investment and so they'll have taken a lot of advice before moving. Too many opposition researchers watching for "waste" with which to slam the sitting government for them to take those decisions lightly.
