No I haven't had any communication with ASIC. But there have been some letters sent to ASIC regarding PPY and its behaviour. There have also been the odd "speeding ticket" issued by the ASX to PPY and PPY's answers seem to have been considered okay by the ASX. Regardless of ASICs resources if a complaint has been made to ASIC then they must at least examine the claim/allegation. One would have to guess that given there has been no action taken then there is no case. As I said earlier, let's not get distracted on the minor issues that you and I cannot control. More to the point is, what is going on in Egypt and if PPY cannot contribute funds to yellow pallet is this project dead too?
