Captain Allcock, I do believe we are in agreement that RA is the inventor and he has been able to convince the remuneration committee of his value. We are also in agreement that he is an inventor (mainly of a good story). The actual invention that has a patent linked to it has never worked commercially and it didn't have to in order to get funding and/or investors on board. PPY is an R&D company with lofty claims and if you go back and read various disclosures they haven't stepped over the line as far as ASIC rulings apply. They may have "marketed" the commercialisation strategy aggresively but there is no law against that. The financials have been, as far as one can tell, fully disclosed. No-one can say that they didn't know that this company was a risk play if they were reading the financials properly. I along with others lost out big time (PPY) on a speculative bet and I accept that. I keep an eye on their announcements purely for amusement as I do with Mt Gibson Iron; Ceramic Fuel Cells and a list of other speckys that I've trashed some hard earned cash with. I also keep an eye out on my other plays that have reaped back the losses from the others and today I'm about where I was 5 years ago (shoulda left the money in the bank but then I would have lost out on some cheap thrills.
