Hope he remembers he's actually the MD of PPY.

Question; So why is this "land title"  to be gained by EBFC of any significance. ?
Answer; " ...  to enable the company (EBFC) to arrange financial instruments in the future should the need arise.".

Question; why is this of significance to PPY and it's long suffering shareholders. ?
Answer; NIL

Maybe RA should remember a few basic facts about responsibilities to his PPY shareholders/investors ... and the need for continuous, and honest, disclosure
