The same news has been coming out of PNG since forever.
There is news that some landowners haven't been paid since the project started, there has been unrest, there been some interesting decisions by the government with it's stake in OSH, there has been a two train LNG plant built, there has been earthquakes, there will be a 3 train expansion.
I like reading your posts but I don't agree with all your conclusions.
