    Good deal for PNR in the longer term,they own all the upside at Nicholsons now ...it's their cash cow now.Good deal for BNR too,a cash box with a nice return to shareholders and a heap of PNR shares for BNR and by Proxy MAT .I reckon management at BNR are astute enough to pick up someting good .I also wonder if the deal includes all ground in the Halls creek area or just the ground around Nicholsons mine ....haven't worked that one out yet
