    You may need to sharpen up on your research. Yes it may go back to 3c but that's after PNR shares are distributed worth $0.044 so for your $0.055 you get +$0.07 worth of value.
    Personally I would be happy to hold PNR issued shares and use the BNR shell for a quality back door tech play although I suspect BNR will stick to acquiring a mining play.
