With the rain and permitting issues, I'm thinking we may not hear news re Tyler until mid to late June. It's an annoyance, but it's a short term issue.
The positives are that PANR's SP doesn't seem too concerned with the delay, and the Polk drilling continues on in the background.

US Oil production continues it's fall, with ANZ expecting further deterioration in the coming months.
