If PDY had any State backing for their Oakajee it would have Special Project status - has it ?

If PDY had State backing don't you think that maybe just they'd announce it ? They haven't been shy about announcing some extremely unlikely "facts" in the past. I understand they are currently subject to a class action and investigations by ASIC and the ASX ?
