The KKR offer is in hindsight not great for TAH. ACCC will give the greenlight but if KKR revises their bid upwards it will be semantics. We are looking at TTS above $4.46 and TAH is overpriced if you think their bid for TAH will succeed IMHO but pls DYOR.
