Well the disputed amount was $21m and SLR's costs have gone up by $21m? So why does this impact negatively on Pacers profitability...how much did they expect to get out of it?
I don't think we know all the facts...supposed to be a confidential settlement?
No time for a CR...settlement is "expected mid May"..so where is the money coming from?
