re: Ann: RDG: Pacer and Silver Lake Resources... RDG is not a market maker - if their project mgt contributed to a cost blow out that subsequently led to a customer needing to raise capital, then this is not good for business (IMO, DYOR).
I agree with other posters - there will be some flexibility in the timing of the payment tranches to ensure it does not place a strain on SLRs working capital.
