Other than prawns, the ventures that first come to mind for me are Clean Seas Tuna in Port Lincoln, the big Barramundi farm near Darwin and the Cobia fish farm in the Whitsundays area.

CSS really need help with distribution in Australia, something a tie in with De Costi could help with. CSS sell a fair bit of their product overseas and may be able to help sell salmon in these markets as well.
