SFR now hold all the most prospective mining areas within the region and have the dollars to fund it. there will be more deposits in the area its just having the time and money to find them (as seen by your point that so far nothing of note has been discovered. note it took a long time for sfr to discovery degrussa.)
current mine life until 2021, sfr have all the infrastructure for the area so any new discoveries will have lower capex equations.
if ozl had wanted to sell earlier why not at $7. that would have had the chance? ive always had questions on ozl management and lack of a lasting plan. it seems that sfr would have been a good fit for ozl and they could have picked up more shares in the current depressed market. now they will probably go off pay over the odds for some project offshore with debt and have to sell prominent hill for cheap.
i think sipa's tenements are really prospective and sfr picked them up for a steal plus have the funds to finish of all the hard work that sri did.
