re: Ann: OXX: Octanex bids for Orion Petroleu... Why am I not surprised by this LOW BALL offer!!! This is becoming a farce! Many of us agree that the merger with GGX is NOT a good one for OIP shareholders ... and Octanex argues that rather than dilute our assets with a cash strapped GGX we should merge with Octanex. I'm yet to review the presentation on Octanex. This will make for an extremely interesting EGM next week ... if it happens!
