Agree with your calcs, so my 50% is off the mark. Retract that comment. I was using 100mil on offer as basis for calcs in my head - should have double checked.

I'm very happy to have someone (read OXX) with more financial muscle power than us retail investors taking up the fight. Interestingly some of their comments in the ASX release today reflect comments I myself have made to ASIC recently (you'll be surprised to know they're not really very interested I'm sure).

And yes as an ESG shareholder I'm also very concerned because this whole episode has me (and I'm sure many others) questioning the ethical constitution of management and the board there. It is very concerning as it goes to the issue of trust and having a board that acts in shareholders best interests, and using this episode it is very difficult to argue they always have.
