These guys are just amateurs- plain and simple. And forgive for saying this but I don't buy the statements of some GM with 40 years experience in mining ops. If he was using that experience we wouldn't be where we are right now.

Anyway, I've been here long enough now to wait it out the rest of the way and I just wish these guys grow up and do the adult thing like every other producer. GLTAH
