Its hardly a technical analysis but you can see that there is a delay in the inventory falling off and the price reacting. so as the recent decline kicks in, after the magical restock a month ago (*Cough* New Orleans again*Cough*, kicks in again we should see another spike in the price. when this relationship stablises is anyones guess but the "industry" was calling for an average of 22k USD for 2019.
