This is my take on the announcement and unfortunately I take a somewhat contrarian view. I see the majority of the content being the same as the previous ones. Reading through the posts a lot of posters are still speculating on what may or may not be occurring. These are my points:

good point on general manager overseeing mine, lets hope hes up to the task. the main positive we can get here is they are doing it in-house, and should be able to take advantage of liquidated machinery. also there's one less excuse going forward blaming contractors, the buck stops with the management. shareholders combined keep up the pressure lets stop the excuses and missed time lines.
