You've taken about a negative view of the ann. as is possible I'd say, which is OK as it is always a good idea to cover all extremes. But there is some positivity that I'd like to point out to bring back a bit of balance.
" In the interim the company has transported the relatively friable hanging wall ore that doesn't require crushing to the processing plant for treatment "
I'm not sure if this was the mined 430 tonnes waiting or not but either way they rounded up some form of trucking and got it to the plant and are now processing it, meaning it will be added to the accumulating store of saleable tin concentrate.
They also said waste mining "has" resumed and ore mining is expected to resume in a fortnight. If they can waste mine then why can't they ore mine. It appears they can now arrange transport of the ore to the plant so the only missing part is the crushing. If it is the hanging wall ore they're still mining then that will be able to continue to be processed, if not it's possible they may have a crusher organised in the coming fortnight, leaving another fortnight to April 13th.
What I've taken from the announcement is they have everything operating apart from the crusher, and maybe only a makeshift transportation system, but it obviously worked, so if the crusher comes into play within the next month then they'll have enough tin concentrate already waiting for the initial shipment and that can be then followed up by the next months processed ore.

All possibilities are on the table.
