the massive benefit to this is we can hire and fire as required. Also the individual tradies are unlikely to be the reason Jemrok was slow. they would have likely been under resourced, provided poor direction and detail and generally left to deliver against half plans. Now that we have Mine Management with direct authority over the worker bees things will pick up dramatically i suspect.
