Good observation and reminds me of the sequence of events when the UK launch happened. I think the directors sold their shares in the higher teens (circa 18c-Copulos) when the market had little idea of what actual Ovplex sales were going to be.
The company keeps saying it is targetting a US$270m pa market for Ovplex but actual receipts in last quarter were only 26k. The share price was run up too hard in advance of the results by the daytraders.
I don't the market is going to be fooled by the raz-mataz a second time. Volume is relatively low and there is little demand for SpringTree to dump their shares let alone directors.
I also think their decision not to pursue an apology and retraction from the Age has unfairly harmed its reputation and hence the share price.
