1. Dr Holmes & Dr Hart do mutually respect each other and know each other well - Dr Hart was one of the first I think to do Dental roll-ups and he made a fortune when he sold it to PE or other investors
2. OVN is a direct competitor to Somnomed and to a less extent (some overlap for mild cases) with RMD/FPH but ONT would negotiate much better deals (margins/commissions $$$) with OVN than an established player. RMD/FPH CPAP machines are sold by doctors, so cant be sold by dentists.
3. Training dentists to identify high margin cross-sell opportunities i.e. when patients complain about not sleeping due to blocked airways has a massive return on investment and minimal capex.
