The incentives are good and ONT's track record is good, and those are probably the most comforting features. I'm not sure that Dr Holmes wouldn't try to help out a fellow entrepreneur - he is MD, founder, and major shhr and can do much as he likes - but in general he can be expected to do what is best for ONT.
