    Great news for holders (sic) 43 million shares that can make a profit over 7 cents & a free attaching option (exercisable at 12 cents over 3 years) & shareholders didn't even get a look in. The 12 cent option acts to put a price cap on the stock at 12 cents. putting a 1 cent (conservative) time valuation on the 3 year option - they got the shares effectively at 6 cents. Come in bunny sucker holders
