Usually shares are issued before a placement, at the time of a placement or no more than a couple of days after the announcement. All depends on the company.
One would think that those who participated will wait for the $330m deal as they will be able to make well over a $1.00 per share profit.
Petra are bullish as is my broker sho is still talking closer to $4.00 post announcement.
