A CR was always imminent, look at the 4C for cash in the bank 1.9M and expected outgoing for this quarter 1.57M... doesn’t take much to firgure out they were going to market for money. That said, the raise is above IPO price and an only a recently listed company so not too bad for retail investors with the discount. I’d say Akwa opportunity presented itself and so they saw the value and took it.

Fundamentals look promising, with good technical management... I’ll be watching for an entry, think there some good upside next year as they move into Europe especially.
