re: Ann: OUTSTANDING INTERCEPT OF 42m @ 7.75g...
Johno,
I do not share your concern at this stage.
The drilling here was exploratory in nature, the results of which will be used to define future drilling on the site.
With what has been learned from these holes the company will better be able to plan a drilling campaign that actually targets the veins. The last quarterly explains that mineralisation is open to the North and South and depth based upon historic drilling.
Finding 42m at 7.75g/t Au in one of the holes will surely allow the company to better place holes in future and truly establish the extent of the mineralisation.
There are not many explorers who come up with holes like this in such early stage campaigns.
I would expect that at least one of the awaited holes will show simillar results as I find it hard to believe they have simply drilled along a vein. There will be others in the vicinity and data from the current work will point out where they are.
I like some of the African projects as well and we can expect some news in that regard on government approvals.
All imo of course.
I only bought in this morning and have spent the last few hours going over old ANNs.
As usual I seem to have got it the wrong way round again and done the majority of my research after buying, not before.
At the time of writing our EV is $6.6mn after deducting cash - far too low from where I sit.
