 VERY worthwhile investigating. I could see someone coming in for the cobalt given it would be a "clean" - no exploitation source.

Plenty of options. A strap on to the plant, sell the rights to fund our capex requirements, keep it until income is flowing before adding further plant to process it, sell it on to the mob who have the base metal rights with AVL for processing would be an easy option if they are getting something up and running. 

Short story - this is going to be a massive cash generator in a few years if they sort out the power. Back at 35 cents is a ridiculous opportunity IMHO.
