if i m chairman or MD, the way i see it is:
i have 1mil in the company, if go down today, i lost 1mil, plus potencial law suits for insolvency trading, so that wont happen
if i m prIME, the MEM debt is ONLY secured with B shares, so if MEM goes down, 5mil will be in the air, plus no more investors any more after seeing how MEM has been screwed
so either way, i cant see company going down, and with less than 2mil cap, anything could happen
