Agree. Those in Singapore know they can suffocate MEM, and unfortunately that's how it looks to be playing out.
These court cases have cut off MEM's air supply, considering they must be just about running on fumes, and don't look capable of attracting any outside working capital.
I can't see an easy way out for MEM, but I clearly don't know as much as I think, considering there are people who still see enough value in this company to still have buy orders in at 0.003c and 0.002c.
Best case scenario would involve significant dilution at a minimum.
