It does seem very weird...I took it as EDF changing their mind today..given they are a major creditor. I'm hoping EDF bend and this is just some hard ball just to enourage them to cancel withrawal of the UX contract...I think that's really the best we could hope for at this stage.
In any case I've thrown 40 grand at this crap already so it's going to take years to recover, even if I do get something back.
