According to yesterday's announcement, EDF rejected the Adminstrators report, rejected the proposed DOCA, claimed it was prejudicial and would look to take action. Today the "ad hoc" creditors ( most are unsecured?) had a creditors meeting and signed the DOCA. The whole thing is strange. They must be hoping EDF doesnt front up to court or something or the court will ignore the secured creditior. ?
