Does anyone know when we holders can participate in the placement?
Will CITIC and Talbot take up their entitlements as well? I think SAU should offload their holding to us other holders. Its unlikely SAU will t/o SNU, when they spun off this company during IPO. Makes sense that SAU should concentrate on their core activities of gold exploration.
After SAU no longer our biggest holder. We should have new directors from CITIC and Talbot Holdings on board.
