    Just a reminder re the Convertibile Note Issue to Transcor in Jan 08-I think conversion is 3 years @ about $1.20-Transcor is company of billionaire Baron Frere-Ranks 234 of Fortune 500 richest-Have a read of his CV on wikipedia or elsewhere .Don't think he's the type to make a lot of bad calls & I'm pretty content to stay as long as he does.
