    TwinTurboCelica. with the record date being today. the placement is already closed to new purchasers. they would have had to purchase 4 days ago so the broker could get their buy registration to matrix. getting recorded takes 4 days.
    by matrix closing today it is a move by the company to prevent would be profit makers getting for a cheap entry and selling when allocations are notified.
    a lot of companies are doing this of late.
    they want long term shareholders
