Ezenet acquires Guest Video

Sydney - Friday - September 22: (RWE Aust Business News) - Ezenet
(ASX:EZE) will acquire Guest Video, the supplier of analogue tape movie
content to 3,950 hotel and motel rooms throughout Australia.
The price, which is confidential, was paid in cash and would have
little impact on cash flow or reserves, Ezenet said.
The acquisition will add to subsidiary Ezestream's already
profitable business and pay back within months, Ezenet managing director
Richard Burt said.
The addition of Guest Video takes Ezestream's total rooms to
19,994.
