• Assays received for new resource drill holes at Giralia's 100% owned Western Creek project (10 kilometres west of Newman) show more thick intersections of direct shipping ("DSO") Marra Mamba iron ore. New results include:

38 metres @ 60.2% Fe from 4 metres depth,
30 metres @ 58.4% Fe from 6 metres, includes 24 metres @ 60.4%
36 metres @ 56.6% Fe from surface, includes 24 metres @ 59.6%
28 metres @ 58.4% Fe from 26 metres, includes 16m @ 60.0% Fe

• Initial resource estimate anticipated by end June 2008
The Directors of Giralia Resources NL ("Giralia") are pleased to report further significant iron ore intersections from new assays received from follow up reverse circulation (“RC”) drilling at the Company's 100% owned Western Creek iron ore project, located just 10 kilometres west of the town of Newman in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia.
The Company has received new assay results for additional resource level RC holes, with further thick zones of near-surface direct shipping iron ore ("DSO") hosted by the Marra Mamba Formation intersected...etc
