AS a long term holder, I'm very satisfied with the outcome. I've always believed the two companies merged create synergies greater than the parts. Cost savings, expertise and flexibilty should make this a successful merger. And the larger entity could be eyed off further in time by a superior predator further up the food chain.
I'll be voting yes.
