This is a great move Chris is a great exploration manager (personally think he is hopeless at time managment(meeting time lines) and mining) and Les is a great miner have one big operation with two departments mining and exploring.
Two thumbs up.
Also there are some synergies with mill operations so close together for shut downs and ore mixing.
