Done some litigation work also, so was keen to have a look at this one.

Curiously what MMX said in their disclosure after market close....was not actually what was released (at item 21) by the Court in the summary (that came with the CHM announcement)

CHM sought equity of the Iron Jack project.....item 15 says

"Chameleon claimed a constructive trust over the whole of the Iron Jack Project or an account of PROFITS"

At item 21...that was what the Court awarded them:

"Alternatively, if there were to be an account of profits upon the basis sought by Chameleon, the Court would order an allowance to reflect in particular the increase in value attributable to Murchison's funding of the Project."

I am sure that CHM always were referring to a slice of the increase in market capitalisation of the Iron Jack project.....ie a slice of MMX and its partner.
