CHM entitled to value of Grimaldi's 10m mmx shares, between $15m and $30m. CHM entitled to an amount equivalent to approx 25% of the difference between the current value of Jack Hills and the cost including development and financing costs to get it to it's current value.

So, this is where the forensic accountants will come in, I don't expect this to be a massive windfall to CHM, however, it will be considerably more than $1m. Time will tell.
