My guess, and it is a guess, is that the judge ruled that CHM are entitled to the 277k or so plus the profit that MMX have made on it, taking into account the money MMX have spent developing the project.
Does anyone think that the 'profit' might possibly be the increase in value if MMX had not spent the money developing Jack Hills? Just a thought.
My interest is only a small one via CFE, which looks to win either way. A share in the spoils or CHM's assets if it doesn't survive. The Grimaldi shares cover expenses plus a nice little return in next to no time. Can't complain. Boy it's a circus on the CHM/MMX threads.lol
