CHM can either account for the profits from the Project OR receive $150k. They've said they're engaging a forensic accountant, so presumably they think they're entitled to more than $150k.

Additionally Grimaldi has to account for 10m shares. That is not insubstantial. $15m at today's share price, although the court hasn't mentioned orders with respect to this amount.

Hard to put a $$$ figure on it so I wouldn't completely write off YT's comments yet.
