    I have no idea on how the dollars will exactly fall.

    What I do know is that CHM does not own 24 % of Jack Hills.

    The constructive case was dismissed.

    CHM by a rough calc will get between $15-$20 million.

    BIG question. Does this 15 million ( 10 M shares )come from Grimildi or MMX. I bet its from Grimildi. Good luck on getting that.

    All will hopefully be revealed by MMX shortly.
