What I would call an 'ok' placement. They couldve tried to force it above the VWAP, but considering 1 month ago 30 was a pipe dream, a placement at 32 cps is ok.

I especially like the fact that they gave as much as possible to pinetree resource group. That suggests they have done their best to put this into the hands of people who actually 'want' to hold the share.

Remains a buy imo. While this has diluted a little more than was probably needed, the botswanan tenements are so lucrative the only issue was going to be funding of the drilling programs... Now the money is there to fund them at least for a year or 2 imo.
