Eventhough they say they can use current stockpiles in the short term, there is no mention of what the short term is exactly...

I strongly suspect that many may have their fingers caught somewhere they can't get them out of hence the scrambling for cc from elsewhere. What they are saying to me is they have stockpiles of less than 5 weeks, or close to it. I wonder if China will open some dirty mines again for a while.
