re: Ann: OEG: Orpheus Energy Rights Issue, Pr... What's this BS??? My understanding was that CWK shareholders were to receive FREE shares in OEG!!! Did I read it wrong, or was it not said by the CEO/MD of CWK.... "Let's just say that this will be deemed as the first dividend to our shareholders", or words to that effect!!!
Personally, if I had known that this arrangement was to occur, I would have sold just after Tinkler took a position and the SP was about $1-00.
